As of February 1, 2026, Lotus Real Estate will be our new Management Company. With this change, there will be some new payment arrangements that will take effect on February 1, 2026. A letter has been sent out by Lotus Real Estate discussing these changes and providing further details. We encourage all residents to review the letter and reach out to Lotus Real Estate with any questions or concerns.
 
THERE ARE 3 WAYS TO PAY YOUR MONTHLY CARRYING CHARGES:

• By check or money order made out to "Belmar Gardens," c/o Lotus Real Estate.  Put in an envelope with your name and address an drop it in the Lock Box at 7126 Tilden Street
• Go to the portal to pay, but there will be a slight charge to do this.  If you don't know how to get on the portal, please call Lotus Real Estate
• Through your bank bill pay and use the address, phone number and email address above for Lotus Real Estate above to create.
