To inquire about living in Belmar Gardens, please call the property manager listed under the "Board of Directors" Tab.

Your first recourse for any problem regarding your unit is to call our property manager, the Aishel Real Estate Team at (412) 421-4663 or e-mail them at [email protected]  If your problem is not resolved through that process, a complaint may be routed through the form below  Any complaint routed through this form without first contacting Aishel Real Estate Company will not be considered. [Your information will be confidential and only viewed by the Board and will be shared with Aishel Real Estate Company only if the complaint requires their involvement]

You may also use this form to report any violations (such as loose dogs, cars parking in fire lanes, abandoned cars with no sticker or an expired sticker, etc.).  Please remember to give as much information as possible, such as who is the violator, address of the violator, a way to reach you if more information is needed, etc.
